TargetPlex FFPE-Direct DNA Library Prep Kit for Ion Torrent NGS – YST0068 is an innovative NGS DNA library preparation kit with a proprietary noise-cancellation technology that allows for higher sequencing efficiency by removing interfering primer-dimers and other nucleic acid artifacts in a fast 3.5-hour workflow.  The patented FFPE-Direct workflow will allow you to generate DNA libraries directly from FFPE (Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded) tissue in one simple PCR reaction step.  This kit is compatible with Ion Torrent sequencers.
